Want to return your order? No problem !
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to return your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

You will be responsible for paying the costs of the return.

To return your order, please follow the steps below:

1. Fill in the return form.
2. Put the return form and the item in the original packaging (can be used as letterbox package)
3. Make sure to remove any old postage label.
4. Write down our return address on the box ( Elgerweg 45, 1825KB Alkmaar).
5. Ship the package through a local postal service of your choice.
6. Please make sure to keep the shipping receipt.

Please note that Elgerweg 45, 1825KB Alkmaar is not a visitor adres !

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
